Hello, I have some black lines on two of my teeth and I am worried that this will cause severe decay and being unable to save my teeth after that. May i know what the condition is and what treatment i need? It looks exactly like this.

I had it checked with my dentist and he said it was stain and there was nothing he could do about it except for me to brush my teeth
