Biting and chewing pain after root canal treatment

I had my root canal treatment last week, and I have had pain and discomfort while chewing and biting on that tooth. I visited my dentist today for the same reason and she said it was due occlusion issues and she made the tooth shorter to take pressure off of it. Before that, they also took some xrays too. I asked her if the tooth looks infected on the xray and she said no. I posted the images here, it is the second tooth. Does it still look like that it has cavities? Or overall does anything looks off? Oh and I don't remeber her using rubber dam during the root canal, and I am not sure if she used anything else.

Root canal looks good. Sometimes it takes more than a month for a tooth to settle, after the treatment has been completed. I would suggest being patient and see if the symptoms improve or not.
