Before and after a filling redo, is it okay for the fissures to be THIS present?

They seem quite deep. I'm afraid of food being stuck in there. Horrible dental phobia after unpleasant experiences as a teen.

Looks normal enough. A lot of dentists these days try to mimic the natural anatomy of the tooth, when doing fillings. As long as you brush your teeth twice a day, and floss regularly, it should not cause any issues.
