Automating Admin (Prior Auths, Claims Management, Scheduling)

Hi everyone! Excited to join this community - I've been exploring ways to simplify repetitive admin tasks and regular workflows within dental practices—things like processing/appealing insurance claims, insurance eligibility checks, handling follow-ups, etc..

Well, I worked with practices for years, and the most annoying thing that I have experienced is that Drs don't have time to write prescriptions and ALWAYS pass to the assistant to instruct everything, that's where communication goes wrong during this step, and that leads to the wrong product or shade but you can't blame anyone for rescheduling patient or time consuming or wasting of raw material. So that's where 3Shape and Itero come in, Dr have to fill out what they needs when taking the oral scan, and I strongly recommend going digital than physical impression.
