Are these crowns broken/leaking?

Is it normal for crowns to still yellow? I've been a avid brusher especially since all my work but still can't catch a break I'm unsure if at the bottom it looks slightly cracked.

Normally crowns can stain superficially, but this can be polished off. What you are seeing at the back is a part of the natural tooth structure that discoloured. The front crown might only be superficially stained or it might be cement that stained over time, after the crowns were placed. This can also be polished most of the time.

Unrelated but what about the color change in gums from red to white is that normal in missing teeth?

The change in colour good be due to an increase in trauma on the gum, when eating foods or due to other factors, such as smoking etc.

Makes sense since I've been eating on the right side more due to weak bridge on the left, once I get the crown seated should that normalize?

The keratinized tissue might become a pinker color again, but there is a chance that it could remain the same.
