All on 4 issues with gums

Hello everyone, new here and I'm having an issue that I wonder if it is cause for concern.

I got all on 4 done initially in October of 2024. Fast forward to May 13 of this year and I had to have a revision done as 2 of the 4 implants on top failed. Everything seemed to go good as I traveled for the procedure and stayed a few extra days just in case of issue. Just my luck that about 6 days removed, I noticed that one side of my palette seems swollen and looking even further shows as if I lost a few stitches and the gums opened up.

This has led to slight pain/sensitivity in the swollen area which has gotten better, but there is a noticeable gap between the gums and the fixed prosthetic that food gets trapped in. I am wondering if there is cause for concern or if it's something that will resolve itself as the swelling goes down?

That area in particular was subject to some bone grafting so I wonder if that's the reason for the swelling. Please see pictures attached and any help or advice with this would be appreciated.

It is difficult to say without any x-rays, but I would consider going for a follow-up with a dentist or oral surgeon where you are based. Need to rule out any infection.
If a denture was placed, that was manufactured for immediate placement, there is a risk of some gaps being present in certain places. You could do a reline to adjust for that after about 6 months.
