Ageing of front teeth

I am 71. Changes seem to be happening to bottom of my front teeth. A few years back, the bottom 2 front teeth seemed to get a sharper edge that sort of bent back a bit. Now they seem to have gotten a little flat feeling. Do they need any treatment? If so, what? What will happen if I do nothing? Would bonding help them? Or are caps the best option?

It sounds like you have some normal wear and tear on these teeth due to normal aging. Depending on how badly they are worn, you can either do nothing, if you don't have any symptomps and the wear is limited, or you could consider doing small composite fillings with a occlusal guard afterwards, to proctect these teeth. Although crowns is always an option, it can becoming very expensive to cap all the front teeth.
