My Dad got a partial consisting of his four upper front teeth. About 6 months later all four teeth snapped/broke off while eating a piece of toast. His dentist said he would replace them at a discounted price(200 off)
He originally paid 1200 for the partial. My dad feels that it broke because there was no steel/metal infused in the partial like my own and like my mothers. My dad wonders why there wasn't steel support in his original partial.
Should he have to pay for a new partial??? Shouldn't his original partial last more than 6 months?
Should he have to pay for a whole new partial?
Any advice/feedback would be greatly appreciated.
