I've had a tiny bump on my lingual frenulum for over a week. It is most sore when I wake up and after brushing my teeth. It has a burning sensation. Any ideas what this can be?

On the photo everything appears normal Could be a swollen or inflamed salivary duct. If the pain persists for more than 2 weeks, please see your dentist for a consultation. Also try and avoid touching the area when you're brushing your teeth.
