If tooth 21 gets extracted, how do you get a crown on an implant in there? A Straumann requires the crown to be screwed on, but that crooked tooth 22 is in the way. Are there alternative methods?
When an implant is placed, you always plan from the crown down, meaning you plan the crown first. Although the adjacent tooth is scew, it is not to say that a crown can't be placed here. If the case is planned digitally, and the final outcome looks like space might be an issue, you can consider other options, such as orthodontics first, or small adjustment to the mesial surface of the lateral incisor etc.
