A white spot inside my mouth

Almost a month ago, a spot inside the mouth on the left side appeared in white and at some times swollen and some times not, in the first week it was very painful, but after that no

I didn't visit the doctor because of the Crohn virus

Can someone tell me is this a serious thing or just a normal injury?

Note 1: They removed a tooth and the place was swollen after a while. Move to the left side Note 2: I have never smoked or taken any drug in my life

After your tooth removal, you bite may have shifted causing your cheek to rub against your teeth. Consider using an Over the Counter night guard to possibly relieve the area.

Keep an eye on it for now. Don't irritate it with smoking and or alcohol including mouth rinses. If it is getting worse, get it seen.
