13 days post wisdom teeth surgery - still uncomfortable

31 F - Is it normal for me to still be uncomfortable this far along on recovery? Some occasional pain depending how I move my mouth like a weird dull sensation, it’s hard to describe. My tongue still feels weird inside mouth and almost in the way if that makes sense. I still catch myself biting on one side of the cheek. I just feel uncomfortable and not back to normal quite yet. I’ve been following the instructions provided daily and still eat soft food. No matter what I do though, I still experience soreness and discomfort. Is this normal? Thanks!
