Oh, this patient had plenty of money and that was never an issue when it
came to deciding to do this, or that.

Perhaps, because of this, many treatment/surgery plans presented were
eagerly accepted.

If a healthcare professional says that a particular patient is a
"professional victim", what does that mean to other healthcare
professionals?
