Severely Broken Tooth !

my molar has been broken for the past 3 years , recently it broken 3/4 it's almost gone ! And the pain just got real , I've applied for Medicare ( college student no job ) and waiting to see a specialist within the coming months . But today I felt something weird . A small-like ball below my jaw (below the broken molar) and when I press it it softly shifts positions and it hurts somewhat .i am scared it's something severe . Can anyone help me ? I'm sooo scared and ashamed for waiting such a long time .

What I have understand from your status it seems to be a lump and don't get worried much if you think it would lead you to cancer. Just go to a doctor and get the proper treatment as early as possible.
