Painful tooth - need advice.

I feel pain in the first tooth at the top left. The second tooth on the top left is now treated. According to the doctor first left tooth looks good. I don't agree with that. The tooth hurts when washing or biting. What do you think?

If your toothache is more than a day or two consider it to be very severe. Since most of the toothache is because of tooth decay. Brush regularly with a fluoride-containing toothpaste, flossing once daily, eat foods low in sugar and ask your dentist about sealants and fluoride applications.
