Need help from Singapore

Hi, please see below picture for my teeth condition. I am a NON smoker.

1. Canine Teeth x 2
2. Misaligned teeth
3. Hard to reach areas resulting in tartar easy buildup
4. 1 dropped tooth but did not grow back

Have been going to the dentist but only for polishing and scaling.

What should I do now??
