Yes, flavonoids have proven antibacterial properties (next to their
cancer preventive properties and anti-allergic properties).


You need to dissolve quercetin in vitamin C to make it work well.
Here, do this:


1 dissolve 500/1000 mg vitamin C in water
2 add 500/1000 mg Quercetin
3 shake well
4 you can now gurgle and flush your mouth with this solution

Vitamin C is something you can buy almost everywhere. Buy Ascorbic
