I have had that before, if you get a waterpic and wash it out it will
come out and when it comes out, it stinks. I can't remember what it is
called but it looks like a little rock, or pebble. I was worried about
mine too and it is only aggravating, it won't hurt you, but it will
cause your breath to smell if you don't get it out.
