Get a counter-top water distiller for about $100 (Sears, or Ebay, or
google for "love distiller"). Probably you are aware that fluorosis is

And the other reason being that you want your water to taste awful?

Or that you don't want trace elements in your water?

Humans are built to drink water with dissolved minerals. I don't think
it'd be wise to drink distilled water all the time.

On a bicycle tour in the Alps in 1987, I became acquainted with a
bottled water named Badoit. They said the minerals helped your stomach.
They didn't say what it helped your stomach with.
