There is a site in which they talk about injecting substances known as
Radiesse and Sculptura, for a non-surgical alternative to facial
cosmetic enhancement, i.e. chin augmentation, etc.
It is said to be made of similar substance as your "bones and
teeth"are made of and thus no problems with allergic reaction or similar
complications.
They apparently inject this goop into wherever they want to build up
or fill in, and it lasts about 2 years. I wonder where it "goes" after
the two years.

I know it's not exactly your area of expertise, but is this anything
you doctors are familiar with?
A well known product and procedure with a good record -- or something
new and perhaps dubious?
Among selling points are lower cost, recovery time, painless, etc.

No, I'm not familiar with these. But since there are natural
substances which are more durable (think collagen), what would be the
advantage of something that had to be redone every two years--except for
the doctors?
