I've always believed that that's a good habit. Recently
I've read from some newspaper, not any scientific paper,
that you should brush teeth about one hour after the meal.
The paper says it's because, again not in a dental
scientist's words, the enamel gets soft during the meal,
especially if you have sour food. Brushing right after the
meal can hurt the enamel. That's why it's suggested to do
brushing about one hour after.
Do experts here agree?
