I floss/manual brush . what else should i do?

Should I get a fluoride rince like ACT? SHould I get an auto brush?(im
a bit lazy) Is the water pick any good? Should I scrap teeth with
something hard to get rid of plak build up?

In addition to brushing and flossing, I also use a tongue scraper and an irrigator. I use Dr. Collins tongue squigi and a Hydro Floss irrigator. I personally don't use a mouthwash on a normal basis only because I can't find a flavor I like.

No scraping!!! This can harm the surface of the teeth. Please try to get available teeth whitening and cleaning product.
