Hi,

I'm considering going to an orthodontist to see about getting braces as
I have an overbite/buck teeth. The thing is, I was assaulted last
November and most of one of my front teeth was knocked clear out. I
have a tooth coloured filling there now - the dentist told me when I
got it that I should steer clear of apples, toffee etc because the
whole affair could fall out. Would I even be able to get fixed braces,
then? Would the pressure used with fized braces be likely to dislodge
the tooth shaped filling? Thanks for any replies
