Hello All,

I have a question I would like to run by some of you primarily
focused at those in the Illinois, Indiana and Missouri areas. Do you
see a need for a dental computer company that could assist you with the
implementation and day to day activity of you technology? By technology
I mean computers, networks, digital imaging, voice recognition, phone
networks, etc...

Little bit about myself. I worked for one of the major dental
software companies for about 5 years. My job function was to take care
of the company's vast internal network and test/write hardware
requirements for the software. Along the way I also did quite a few
office installs which included; practice management computers, clinical
chairside computers, cabling, mounting hardware, video capture, digital
imaging, etc... About two years ago I left the company to start my own
technology company that assist small to mid-size businesses with
everything from new computers, backups, virus/spyware/spam protection,
and networks. I recently started looking at other avenues to take the
company and it seems like dental is a natural for me. However I am not
sure there is a need. I still have quite a few connections in the
industry and don't think it would be a problem getting back in the
drivers seat. But I was hoping maybe some of you could give me your
thoughts.

I should also add that I am fully aware that most of the software
companies offer this same service. However just like any software
company I know they charge an arm and a leg for it. It would not be my
plan to provide a cheap service at a cheap price however I would
provide a great service at a reasonable price.

Thanks,
